Portmeirion is a beautiful and unusual setting, with hills, slopes, steps, cobbled and uneven surfaces throughout parts of the village. 

 Some elements of the Retreat may also take us outside the main meeting spaces, including into the woodland or down towards the beach, weather permitting. 

 If you have any mobility or accessibility requirements, please let us know before booking.

    • Premier Inn, Porthmadog – 5 minutes drive away, simpler but less fun. 

    Travelling by train? 
    • Nearest major station: Bangor (45 mins by taxi) 
    • Closest station: Penrhyndeudraeth (10 mins by taxi) 

    There’s a direct train from London Euston to Bangor in around 3 hours 20. I take it often — it’s easy. 

    Once your travel is confirmed, we’ll help coordinate taxis and ensure a seamless arrival.

    We know you want to make a decision while the opportunity is in front of you. We also know that life can change. 

     Important calendar dates change, caring responsibilities shift, circumstances you could not have predicted suddenly need your attention.  That is why we offer a fair, no-fuss refund policy: 

     ◈ Retreats: Cancel up to 60 days before the retreat begins and receive a full refund. 

     ◈ One-day events: Cancel up to 45 days before the event and receive a full refund.

     After these dates, your booking becomes non-refundable because we will have committed to the venue, suppliers and your place.

     It is our way of making it easier for you to say yes now, knowing you still have space to change your mind if life gets in the way. Kind. Tenacious. Unapologetically ambitious.
